Dezer Development has partnered with Bentley Motors to create Bentley Residences, the first Bentley-branded luxury residential tower in the world, set to be built on the South Florida beachfront. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the tower will rise over 60 stories and feature 200+ luxury apartments with ocean and bayside views. A key feature is an in-unit multi-car garage with a patented car elevator, offering privacy and exclusivity for residents. Other luxurious amenities include private balconies, pools, saunas, a cinema, whisky bar, gym, and more.The design reflects Bentley’s values of luxury, innovation, and sustainability, with the building aiming for Florida Green Building Council certification and incorporating eco-friendly materials. Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development, emphasizes the collaboration as a groundbreaking moment in Miami’s luxury real estate market. Construction is set to begin in 2023, with completion expected in 2026.
